Control operator
Control operator (COP) codes change these from the air. They go back to normal when Mutara restarts, as in app_rpt.
Commands
Key * then the digits. Choose who can run each one: Radio is your local radio, Links are linked nodes (including someone in *4 command mode), and Users are IAX apps and the dashboard keypad. Turn all three off to disable a command. As in stock AllStarLink, all three can run all commands at first.

Run commands at set times, as app_rpt's scheduler does: link to a net at 7 PM and unlink at 8. Times are the node's local time. COP codes 15 and 16 turn the scheduler on and off from the air. When the clock changes for daylight saving time, a command in the skipped hour does not run, and a command in the repeated hour runs two times.
